The Cameroon Interdisciplinary Research Consultancy Network (CIRECON) is a non-governmental, non- profit making, apolitical, pro-development and empowerment-oriented i Association with headquarters in Bamenda North West Region, Cameroon. CIRECON is committed to the service of humanity through science driven development to create an inclusive, safe, prosperous world through inventions, innovations, transformation, sound decision-making and opportunities.

Its mission shall be ‘to contribute to national and global development through science-driven, gender inclusive and human based approach to development.

The Foundation has as objectives to:

6.1. Advance research in critical areas and promote science-based solutions to addressing emerging global challenges through interdisciplinary research and collaborations.

6.2. Promote women and gender equality in science, especially in STEM disciplines and careers.

6.3. Enhance inclusion and diversity in development outcomes for youths, women, minorities through mentorship and leadership development and capacity building.

6.4. Promote the science-based approach to problem solving through inter-disciplinary research and consultancy for policy, planning and decision-making.

6.5. Contribute to national and international efforts towards fighting disease, poverty, conflicts, and discrimination, through research, corporation, and partnership.
